Customer Operations Manager, Ericsson Bangladesh Ltd.

Md Nazrul islam (Nick Name Nazrul). Born and brought up at Ishwardi Pabna. Passed SSC from SM School, Ishwardi and HSC from Rajshahi college, Rajshahi. Completed my graduation (B.Sc. Engineering) from Rajshahi University of Engineering Technology (Former Rajshahi BIT) from Electrical and Electronic Engineering. 
Started my career back in 2000 with a local telecom company and till to date I am with Telecom industry including 3.5 years Telecom job of outside of Bangladesh. Now holding a mid-level position as Customer Operations Manager of  Ericsson Bangladesh Limited. 
On personal note, I am married with two lovely kid and a wife. Elder one is studying at eleventh Class of Dhaka Residential Model College whereas younger is at class 4 of Mohammadpur Preparatory School and college.
